Can I call you if I am having an Emergency?

We are not equipped or staffed to be an emergency service. If you suffer a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately or attend the emergency department at your local medical facility.

I need to attend hospital, what happens with my home care service?

We work closely with all local hospitals, and will ensure you have the correct care before, during and after your stay. Contact us after admittance to allow us to coordinate your post-discharge care and ensure a seamless transition back to home life

Modern diagnostic and testing equipment is portable enough to be used in your home. If you need labs, X-Rays or other testing, we can carry out these procedures in your home as easily as the hospital or medical office.

Through our use of cutting-edge technology and commitment to care, we can provide the same medical services that you would receive in any primary care doctor’s office. This includes examinations, testing, X-rays and so on.

Our flexible service enables visits between 8-00 AM to 8-00 PM seven days a week.

How often can the home doctor visit?

Our medical professionals will draw up a treatment and care process that is built around your individual medical needs. Frequency of visits will vary depending on the initial diagnosis and response to treatment.

We work as quickly as possible, once you contact us for an appointment, we will usually be able to schedule your home visit within 48 hours and often less.

In your first call, we will deal with the paperwork, confirming your insurance coverage, discuss the issue at hand if any, and schedule your appointment. We seek to ensure every patient receives their house call within 48 hours of initial request.

One the day of the appointment, our medical professional will carry out a complete physical examination taking into account symptoms or problems you are experiencing, and then review any medication you are already taking. From here, the doctor will develop a treatment strategy that alleviates those problems, organizing any in-home diagnostic solutions that may be required, including blood tests, EKGs, ultrasounds and so on.
